Games like Gravity Guy are one-tap runners where a tap reverses gravity, so you run along the floor or the ceiling to dodge gaps and obstacles; on iPhone today the main options include G-Switch 3, Inverta and Fluxo, which we make. The original Gravity Guy from Miniclip has been off the App Store since late 2018, according to its Wikipedia entry, so the search for a replacement is a real one.
Same single tap, different reasons to keep running.

Who should pick what: play G-Switch 3 if racing friends on one phone was the best part of Gravity Guy. Try Inverta if you want something small and physics-driven. Pick Fluxo if you liked chasing distance and want the run to keep changing under you.
For couch races, G-Switch 3; for endless distance, Fluxo.
If you want a level map or a friend on the couch, Fluxo is the wrong pick.

One design decision we made: after a wipe-out, PLAY AGAIN starts the next run instantly, with no trip back to the menu. The hardest part of a flip runner is the restart loop, and we wanted it to take one tap.
Flip early, re-flip mid-air, chase the near-misses.
Not from the App Store. Miniclip released it for iOS on 8 December 2010, and Wikipedia notes that as of late 2018 it is no longer available on the App Store, Google Play or Microsoft Store.
If you loved racing other runners, G-Switch 3 is closest: one-tap gravity switching with local tournaments for up to 4 players on one device. If you loved going as far as possible, an endless flip runner like Fluxo is closer.
Yes, the full game is playable free. The free version has house-ad breaks and optional watch-an-ad rewards. A one-time Premium purchase ($4.99) removes the ad breaks and adds double gold, free revives and the Golden Fluxo pilot. Gold packs and a separate Remove Ads purchase are also listed.
Yes. The listing says no account, no login and no internet required.
Fluxo has Zen mode, which the listing describes as relaxed practice with no wipeouts. It also has toggles for screen shake, reduced effects and haptics, and honors iOS Reduce Motion.
The App Store listing says the full game is also playable free in any browser, including Chromebooks, at fluxrun.rork.app.
